These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sparklo, a product of BasePod Apps LLC(“we”, “us”). By connecting or using Sparklo, you agree to these Terms. They are specific to Sparklo and supplement the separate PlatMO and BasePod Apps terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sparklo.

1. Eligibility and access

Sparklo is available only to accounts on an eligible PlatMO plan (Pro or higher), and is included with that subscription at no additional charge — there are no separate Sparklo fees. You must be authorized to connect the PlatMO account you use, and you are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure.

2. The service

Sparklo generates draft email, social, and blog content based on the brief you submit and the brand context it reads from your PlatMO account, and lets you push approved drafts to PlatMO. Available content types and social platforms may change over time.

3. Credits

  • Your PlatMO plan includes a monthly Sparklo credit allowance (currently Pro 5, Business 10, and Enterprise 15). Credits are shared across all subsites in your account.
  • One credit is consumed per generation, regardless of mode, including each regeneration.
  • Credits do not roll over and reset at the start of each month.
  • A generation that fails before content is produced does not consume a credit.
  • If you upgrade mid-month, your allowance is updated to the new tier on your current billing month.

4. Your content and responsibilities

As between you and us, you retain ownership of your briefs and of the content Sparklo generates for you. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing (within PlatMO), and approving all content before it is published or sent, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and any third-party platform policies.

5. AI-generated content

Content is produced by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. It is provided as a starting draft, not as professional advice, and you are responsible for verifying its accuracy and suitability before use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sparklo to:

  • generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
  • send spam or violate the policies of email or social platforms;
  • attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or gain unauthorized access to it or to other accounts.

7. Intellectual property

Sparklo, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by BasePod Apps LLC. These Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as permitted here.

8. Service availability

Sparklo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BasePod Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Sparklo.

10. Termination

You may stop using Sparklo and disconnect it from PlatMO at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of Sparklo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
